The YTJ2-5-10 Multifunctional All-in-One Machine is a laboratory equipment with multiple functional units, which can be applied to the experiments on wet granulation, wet milling, boiling drying, top spray granulation, bottom spray coating, dry milling, mixing, and tablet coating. l Wet Granulator and Wet Milling Machine

The wet granulator adopts a removable structure of the granulating vessel. The granulating vessel is lightweight, easy to disassemble, assemble, and clean. Its conical vessel body is able to complete the mixing, humidifying, and granulation processes in one go, with high production efficiency, good granulation effect and no cross contamination. The inner surface of the equipment is smooth, no dead space and easy to clean. Compliant with the national drug GMP management requirements. It adopts automatic discharging, and the discharging system adopts clamp connection, which is easy to disassemble, assemble, and clean. The wet milling machine is located below the wet granulator, the wet milling machine adopts top drive, so that the bottom of the milling mesh can also make holes, to ensure that there is no material residue after the work is completed. The milling motor and the milling shaft are connected by synchronous belt, which has low noise and does not lose speed. The milling mesh, the feed tee, and the milling drum can all be easily disassembled, ensuring easy cleaning. The materials are dropped by gravity, maximizing the integrity of the granules.

l Multifunctional fluidized bed

With three functions of boiling drying (standard), top spray granulation (optional), bottom spray coating (optional) three functions. The boiling drying adopts Hanlin's professional dutch wire mesh, the wind turns into a rotating wind after being processed by the dutch wire mesh, which reduces the height of the material upon boiling. The bottom spray coating includes four distribution plates with four different opening ratios, suitable for pellets of different sizes. The main unit adopts air seal, ensuring no leakage of dust, and the air exhaust adopts secondary filtration, ensuring that the air exhaust meets the requirements of national regulations.

l Dry milling machine

Top drive, the bottom of the milling machine is also made meshes, ensuring no material residue after work is completed.
