The milling motor and the milling shaft are connected by synchronous belt, which has low noise and does not lose speed. The milling mesh, the feed tee, and the milling drum can all be easily disassembled, ensuring easy cleaning. The materials are dropped by gravity, maximizing the integrity of the granules.
l Multifunctional fluidized bed
With three functions of boiling drying (standard), top spray granulation (optional), bottom spray coating (optional) three functions. The boiling drying adopts Hanlin's professional dutch wire mesh, the wind turns into a rotating wind after being processed by the dutch wire mesh, which reduces the height of the material upon boiling. The bottom spray coating includes four distribution plates with four different opening ratios, suitable for pellets of different sizes.
