At present, conventional electronic tablet counting machines are used for drug counting and bottling, and mainly used in the tablet counting production line. However, before the drug arrives at the tablet counting machine, in the production, transportation, some drugs may have defects in the production, some drugs may be incomplete due to external forces, in addition, other items may be mixed in the drugs; if these defective products are found and removed in the process of loading, the performance of the tablet counting machine can be improved greatly.
Based on the above requirements, our company has developed the Eagle eye system, an visual inspection system, referred to as "EES". This system is designed by our company on the basis of the latest vision AI technology, is equipped with the tablet counting machine for a new system, namely CZG-E series visual inspection tablet counting machine. The machine can be used alone, or can combine with the high-speed bottle unscrambler, paper inserter, automatic cap screwing machine, electromagnetic capper and labeling machine to form a complete tablet counting, bottling and packaging production line.

The machine can implement the adjustable wavelength processing of the images collected by the camera; the EES adopts a partial red light spectrum band for the tablets (the detail recognition rate of the tablets in this spectrum band are highest in the system);
Through AI program processing, overlapping tablets do not affect the judgment results, and can be calibrated as qualified products by the program (at present, other domestic technical methods are difficult to solve the problem of overlapping tablet determination).
The tablets with a defect size more than 15% can be accurately determined
The tablets with the defect size of the visual surface coating exceeding 1.5 mm can be accurately determined
Obvious color difference or stains can be accurately determined
Achieve the waste rejection of single granules in single channel
