When working, the sorting and polishing machine can automatically sort out capsules with light load, empty shells, fragments and separated body and cap. The sorting process meets the requirements of cGMP specification.

The main shaft is equipped with a clamped roller brush and a removable bearing, both of which can be removed during cleaning. The hair does not fall off and the brush of different specifications can be used to meet the polishing needs of different drugs;

The stainless-steel material meeting the GMP requirements is used in the drug polishing chamber. The whole machine is assembled optionally with the quick connection parts, making the machine assembled and disassembled more conveniently and cleaned more thoroughly;

The machine is equipped with a man-machine safety protection device and the motor speed is controlled by the VFD. The machine can run continuously, and bear a large starting torque.
