FBW Multifunctional Fluidized Bed Coating Machine (experimental type)-Dr.Pharm

FBW series experimental fluidized bed coating machine realizes multiple functions of drying, granulation and bottom spraying coating in one set of equipment. The equipment can be used to perform the functions of mixing raw materials and excipients, granulation, drying, particles or pellet coating. The equipment adopts PLC automatic control system, and the design and manufacturing specifications are in compliance with the requirements of GMP and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Closed sampling function

The equipment can be equipped with sampling parts on the material silo, and multiple batch sampling can be performed during the operation of the equipment to increase the mastery of material drying.

Shake bag dust removal function

The trapping chamber is designed as a single-chamber structure, and adopts the vibrating bag structure to remove dust fast and efficiently.

Top spray granulation

On the basis of the traditional fluidized bed drying function, the top spray granulation function is added; and according to the condition of actual material provided by the customer, large angle three-flow top spray gun can be equipped and used in combination with peristaltic pump, mixing tank and other components, to realize the top spray granulation function. This method has good granulation effect and can shorten the process time.

Bottom spray coating

The bin is moved by bottom spray, the coating liquid is injected and atomized from the spray gun at the bottom of the silo, the granules or pellets are ejected from the bottom to the top of the diversion cylinder and sprayed with coating solution, and dried under hot air along the bottom spray bin wall; the granules that fall back to the bottom are ejected from the diversion cylinder again to repeat the coating process.

The parts in contact with drugs are all made of high-quality stainless steel, with smooth and flat surface, easy to clean and disinfect, and will not be adsorbed and chemically reacted with the products, which is in compliance with GMP requirements
