Dry granulation utilizes the crystal water inherent in raw materials and their unique adhesive properties to directly compress the materials into flakes. These flakes are then crushed and sized to produce the required granules, without the addition of any water or other binders. This method is particularly suitable for materials that tend to decompose or degrade when exposed to moisture or heat, as well as those that agglomerate or cake upon contact with water.

The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel with an external brushed finish.

The sheet metal cover of the frame is fully detachable for easy maintenance.
