It is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, safe and clean mechatronic coating machine that complies with GMP requirements, and is designed for organic film coating, water-soluble film coating, sustained and controlled release coating, and sugar coating of tablets, pills, candies, as well as coating of chewing gum, chocolate, and other confectionery products.

The liquid dispensing system adopts pneumatic stepless speed regulation stirring, and different stirring blades can be selected according to thetype of material.

Imported Schlick spray guns are available as an option.

The drum screen is manufactured by punching stainless steel plates, with smooth, bur-free hole transitions and a high opening ratio.

The machine is equipped with a drum change system, allowing quick switching of the coating drum and exhaust air guide device viaquick-release assemblies. By changing drums, the coating batch can range from a minimum of 100g/120ml to a maximum of 2000g/2400ml.

Inlet air is controlled by a frequency converter, and the system is fitted with electric heating.

The exhaust air guide system uses high-molecular flexible materials for a tight fit.

The pulse dust removal exhaust system is thermally insulated and equipped with a frequency conversion fan, featuring high exhaust efficiency, stable negative pressure, and reduced frequency of filter cartridge cleaning and replacement.

The whole machine complies with FDA and cGMP production requirements.

The complete equipment meets the pharmaceutical machinery industry standard JB/T 20016-2011 for drum coating machines.
