The rotary gate device is used to realize the pre-counting function, which can save the time of bottle changing, fill fast, optimize the control program, reduce the loss time, and improve the absolute speed of single funnel.
Vertical counting channel, visual feeding, a wide range of application, is suitable for tablets, capsules, transparent and colored soft capsules, special-shaped tablets, etc.
The cylinder is used for pneumatic clamping between the vibrator and the conveyor, and is convenient to disassemble and clean.
The machine is provided with the linear array CCD camera and high-speed ARM processor for accurate counting, and no manual adjustment is required for the counting sensor.

The lifting funnel is adopted, and can cover the bottle mouth when the material is dropped; besides, it has the vibration function to solve the blocking problem, and its vibration frequency is adjustable.
The machine has a waste rejection function, and the rejection device can reject the granules in inaccurate count, or fragments and particles from the bottle.
